Quality Management

Project Quality Management System

The establishment of a Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Programme for a project is required to define the approach, system, and methods of compliance with the contract quality requirements.

A Quality Assurance and Quality Control Programme certify that the project performs sufficient revision of all Works’ elements, including inspections of subcontractors in order to guarantee that all materials, products, construction, installations, functional characteristics, and identifications meet the requirements of the applicable specifications and drawings.

The Project Quality Management System should include procedures of control, inspection, and direct participation in manufacturing, construction, installation, testing, or taking-over of Works, whether performed by the Contractor or any of its approved subcontractors and/or suppliers.
